Once everything is aligned, we review and sign off on the design and production plan, then enter into a formal Construction Agreement to kick off the build.
With a clear plan and dedicated team in place, construction begins. We remain flexible and responsive to any changes you'd like to make along the way, always communicating costs with full transparency.
As we approach completion, we conduct a thorough quality check (punch list), walk through the finished space with you, and ensure every detail is clean, polished, and ready for you to enjoy.
